The room was beautifully decorated and had an amazing bed, cable channels, a dining area, and a couch bed, as well as a bathtub in the bathroom. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, being close to the center and easy to get around.

Unbeatable and favourable location in the restaurant next to the Casa was a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff, greeted us with such kindness. The room was well decorated, provided with big shower and the most amazing bed, for instance.

We had an exceptional experience at this hotel. The room, especially the bathroom, was stunning and had an incredible built-in bathtub. The facilities, including the jacuzzi which felt more like a swimming pool, the outdoor fireplace, and the lush patio, were some of the most beautiful we've ever encountered. It was also a plus that breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant, as it allowed for a peaceful stay without any bothersome noise. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, paying attention to every detail. They even offered us the opportunity to use one of the area's traditional ponchos. it was an amazing stay.

Great location near the main square, but still peaceful. Helpful staff arranged transfers and informed us about nearby construction works. Lovely wooden furniture and art pieces. Clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Stunning deck area with relaxing atmosphere.

We stayed in a beautiful home in a great location, just a short walk from the bustling main square. The rooms were clean and modern, with sweet touches like flags representing the guests' countries. The staff were incredibly helpful and caring, even offering us a free Colombian coffee upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the whirlpool was a perfect way to relax after a long hike in the gorgeous valley.

That the outdoor jacuzzi could have been warmer.

Additionally, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, ensuring a peaceful stay without any noise from the streets. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities is exceptional, with well-maintained public areas and rooms. The included breakfast, served in the restaurant next to the hotel, was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff at the hotel provided excellent service, welcoming us warmly and helping us with recommendations for activities in the area.
